Because flowers and gifts are perishable items, refunds and returns are generally not possible once the order has been delivered.

The order is not delivered due to our fault,
please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review your complaint and offer an appropriate solution such as replacement or partial refund.
Orders canceled 24 hours before the scheduled delivery may be eligible for a full refund.
